New construction sites are messy. That's just the reality. By the time crews are done laying asphalt and finishing the surrounding concrete, there's dirt, debris, and construction residue everywhere - all of it sitting on a surface that's supposed to make a great first impression.
That's exactly what we were dealing with at this new Porsche dealership. We coordinated directly with the construction crew to get in and pressure wash the entire parking area before the next phase of work kicked off. When you're working around an active build site, timing and coordination matter just as much as the actual cleaning.
We ran wand washing across the fresh asphalt and brought in our surface cleaner for the concrete sections along the curb line. The surface cleaner is the right tool for flat hardscape - it keeps the clean consistent and doesn't leave the streaking you'd get from a wand alone. You can see the dirty runoff sheeting off the surface as we worked through each section. That's construction grime that would have just sat there otherwise.
The night shots tell the story pretty clearly. The parking stalls, lane markings, and curb lines all came out sharp and visible once the debris was cleared off. For a high-end dealership, that level of detail matters. The lot is the first thing customers walk across - it sets the tone before they ever step inside.
Commercial pressure washing on new construction is something we handle regularly here in Utah. Whether it's a dealership, a retail center, or any other commercial build, getting the site cleaned up right is a real part of the finishing process - not an afterthought.
